    Nordic House Deweloper Sp. z o.o. is a robust company connected to the Norwegian capital, having ten years of experience within European market and specialising in renovation and revitalisation of old and forgotten town houses and bringing them back into their former glory.
 
    We started gaining experience within the scope of housing projects in Oslo, where, in the years 1998-2008, we contributed to renovation of numerous town houses. Our efforts turned a declining district into a vibrant and lively place. Nowadays, it is one of the most profitable and elegant districts in the city.
 
    Since 2006, we have been operating within the Warsaw’s district of Praga. So far, we have completed three investments here – we have build a housing and service building at 5 Ząbkowska street and renovated and remodelled the existing backhouses. At 32 Jagiellońska street, we renovated and remodelled a historical town house, while at 1 Mała street we added storeys to the front house as well as renovated and remodelled the backhouse.
 
    We appreciate the hidden potential of the Praga district and municipal efforts aiming at restoring this place to its former glory, thus, we wish to participate in and contribute to this undertaking.
