Finishing standard for the buildings

(standard for finishing works in common areas of the building and around the buildings which is a common area of the property)

Façades

Renovation plaster, painted, paint colour according to the detailed design. Drawn cement stuccowork (existing building). Thermal insulation with expanded polystyrene and mineral wool. In a part of the ground floor: sandstone slabs on systemic mounting; the remaining part of the ground floor and upper floors: thin-coat silicone plaster, colour according to the detailed design.

Loggias and terraces

Reinforced-concrete slab. Torch-on membrane. Thermal insulation with expanded polystyrene. Cement screed reinforced (fibre reinforcement) protected with waterproof sealing compound. Grès tiles. Stainless steel balustrade, filling with glass panels - according to the detailed design

Landscaping

Paved surface – granite cobblestone. Wooden front gate. Steel openwork inside gate with a wicket, according to the detailed design.

Stairwells

Raw brick/ smooth reinforced-concrete without plaster (existing building). Gypsum plaster on walls and ceilings, and cement-lime plaster on the basement level, painted with emulsion paint. Balustrade of galvanized steel profiles, powder-pained. Steps and landings finished with ceramic tiles with skirting tiles.

Hallways

Gypsum plaster on walls and ceilings, and cement-lime plaster on the basement level, painted with emulsion paint. Floors finished with ceramic tiles with skirting tiles.

Windows

Aluminium windows. Roof windows according to the detailed design (existing building). Aluminium windows in service premises and auxiliary rooms (new building).

Entrance door

Lifts

No machine room. Lift I accessible on the ground floor. Lift II accessible in the basement.

Letterboxes

On the ground floor in the entrance vestibule.

Plumbing

Cold and hot water meter – access through the door located in the public hallway. Electricity and water meter boards for apartments located in cabinets in the public hallway. Hydrant valves in the stairwell serving all aboveground storeys. Hydrant system equipped with an additional line with a connection in the entrance gate area to supply water from the fire engine.

Central heating

Manifold in the vertical service shaft – access through the door located in the public hallway. System heat – heat exchanger station located in the basement of the new building.

Electrical wiring

Cut-outs located near the entrance to stairwells. LED light fittings in stairwells ad hallways, controlled by switches and automatic switches on stairs or motion sensors. Stairwells equipped with emergency evacuation lighting – directional type. Video-intercom system with cameras, readers; main panel located at the entrance to stairwells. Additional cameras available from the intercom in the patio. Lightning protection system in accordance with applicable codes.
